I never set out to become a Creative Director.

I started with words.

What began as a career in copywriting became something much bigger, helping brands uncover ideas worth believing in and creative teams bring those ideas to life.

Over the past three decades, I've written for national brands, built and mentored creative teams, and partnered with clients to solve problems that rarely have obvious answers. Through it all, curiosity remains. It's shaped the way I think, the way I lead, and the questions I ask long before the first headline is ever written.

Outside the office, I’ve found that same sense of wonder standing beneath the Northern Lights in the Yukon, kayaking through ice flows in Alaska, and walking the black sand beaches of Hawaiʻi. And if I'm not on my next adventure, I'm probably reading one. Stories of travel, food, history, or anything that offers a new perspective.

They're all a reminder that the best ideas rarely come from staring at a blank screen. They come from experiencing the world—and letting it change me.
